Cross chain template build for re-design
Historically the individual chain sites within DSG have been specific to their own brands. In bringing them inline, it was necessary to build templates for the Homepages and 'Product' and 'Route to purchase' routes that could be styled to reflect brand identity.
The project, on site was between teams from Wheel, DSG and a third party responsible for implementation with existing systems. The challenge proved to be developing templates that were resiliant to content editor use whilst able to take advantage of their range of technical knowledge and capable of integrating with exsting content structures.
