Hi I'm Will, I'm currently back and looking for the next big challenge after taking a bit of a break and heading out to see what sights the world has to offer.

Prior to that I spent the last 13 years creating and developing for the web, leading teams of some very bright people in doing the same, for some great mutli-channel, multi-brand & multi-region clients.

Most recently I was Tech lead at Leo Burnett London

Spending my days in that realm between clients and third parties, producing more documentation than is perhaps entirely natural and generally answering some magnificent 'what if' questions. The dinner table description I've settled on is something like an internal consultant with a dash of cat herding (only the most pedigree of course).

Of the wide variety of client and internal work I can tell you about the following…

  • McDonald's (Little Piccadilly)

Liasing between the team at Leo, the client's technical partner and selected third party production agencies to help the very talented team at Leo Burnett put your Little Picca self up on the big screen in Piccadilly Circus.

  • Amnesty International (Help get them home)

Development of a new promotional execution, temporary microsite and laying the groundwork for a targetted call to action on the new giant screen at Waterloo station.

  • 1 mot = 1 leçon

Liasing between the client, the development agency and other parties with some hands on early prototyping to provide direction for Always and UNESCO to join forces and empower girls through education.

  • TourAid

Initial prototyping for the re-vamp of the TourAid brand and digital properties. A great piece of pro-bono by the team at Leo Burnett that I would loved to have finished with them.
