Scheduling (Calendly)

• Name
• Email address
• Time zone
• Selected date and time

No data is collected on this site without your knowledge. There are currently no tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels installed on this site.

3. Why this data is collected

• To respond to your enquiry or quote request
• To arrange a call or meeting at a time that suits you
• To follow up in the context of a professional relationship

The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated) and, for scheduling, steps necessary prior to entering into a contract.

4. Who has access to your data

Your data is processed by the following providers, each acting as a data processor:

• Resend
  Sending and receiving emails from the contact form.
  EU/US depending on configuration
• Calendly
  Managing appointment scheduling
  United States (standard contractual clauses apply)
• Vercel
  Hosting the site

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes with any party other than those listed above.

5. Retention period

Data submitted through the contact form is retained for [e.g. 3 years] from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship continues beyond that. Scheduling data is retained according to Calendly's own policy, available on their site.
